Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Well implement Corporate environmental policy, standard and guidance to global sites and fully comply with local legal and regulation requirements. 
  • Oversee ISO14001 management system and coordinate global sites to establish the BMS on routine check, internal audit, compliance review and management review. 
  • Tracking the environment related legal and regulations change on air, waste water, ground water, noise and fugitive emission, ensure new regulations delivered to functional team on time. 
  • Set and track environment Goals for global sites and work with sites to understand the hiding reason which caused the variation. 
  • Initiate the environment related projects or activities on water, power, resource saving and carbon reduction in the global sites and regular track the progress. 
  • Assist global sites to timely monitor environment performance on waste water, sewer water, air emission and other factors, analyze the root cause if the result out of scope. 
  • Support new project to prepare and obtain EIA (Electronic Industries Alliance) approval, trail run permit, final acceptance monitoring and final acceptance. 
  • Organize various workshop, event or activities on specific environmental theme or topics to enhance employee awareness and behavior.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of local environmental protection related regulations, laws, and standard.
  • Above 5 years EHS  (Environment Health Safety) working experience (3+ year environmental plus 1+ year RBA-Responsible Business Alliance working experience is preferable).
  • Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork, high sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing.
