Description and Requirements

General description
We are looking for an experienced Test Leader in Shenzhen with a passion for developing efficient test processes, and high scale services. As a senior leader on the team, your experience building and managing teams is very important as well. Knowing how to drive hard issues, motivate the team and get things done is critical by leveraging your technical and leadership skills. 


Job Responsibilities
- Managing the test and validation team
- Own and drive test and validation capability enhancement and ensure high quality test and validation execution for product delivery.
- Working across development, PM and other related functions to ensure project key milestones under control and achieve product delivery goal
- Strong influencer for the overall product in areas of product design and reliability based on rich experience of test and validation practice and deep understanding of customer usage scenario.
- Leader for test and validation best practices across the team and projects


Skills/Qualifications
- 10+ years’ work experience in server, storage industry, 5+ years’ experience in test leader role

  • Proven track record of successful cross-team, group collaboration to drive necessary processes and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Strong technical & process development skills, with a clear ability/desire to go deep technically when needed.
  • Minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
