Description and Requirements



We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for mobile service operations and Project management of EMEA projects. You will report to EMEA Senior Services Operations Manager.


Key Objectives of Position:
  • This Service Delivery role is an end-to-end delivery and operations role, interacting with the service providers, customers and our sales teams to provide guidance, governance and reporting on operational performance, customer experience and spend. Financial planning and ownership for the territory is a key function in delivering in line with business requirements.
  • This activity will include monitoring and tracking performance and spend metrics, identifying trends and if markets are on or off track, ensuring adequate plans in place to consistently meet performance targets.
  • This role will work closely with our customers/key accounts to manage service enquiries end-to-end. 
  • This role partners closely with our supporting functions in order to deliver on our service goals across the territory by leading as the service focal point.
  • Leading EMEA operational projects to ensure well executed projects and outcomes. Ensuring consistency across countries and best practice.

Day to Day tasks:
  • Work with service providers to provide guidance, governance and reporting on performance KPIs
  • Hold regular review meetings with key service providers, customers and sales teams
  • Ensure service providers adhere to agreed training and certification programs
  • On-board any new providers; ensuring education of program expectations and KPI tracking
  • Deep Dive appraisals of operating metrics (OTD, CX, Spend) as related to operational performance, spend and CX
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to weekly BMS meetings and MBR reviews with both service operations and projects
  • Initiate and drive new and ongoing projects

Key Competencies Needed:
  • Working Knowledge on Windows Operating Systems and MS Products
  • Effective communication skills at all levels - written and verbal
  • Able to read and effectively interpret data
  • Ability to drive and executing activities in Service Delivery transformation projects
  • Able to prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to commit and hold to delivery dates, but also work with agility and speed to respond to short-notice requests

Critical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the supply chain/logistics model
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Ability to read and understand Service Provider contracts
  • Good ability to communicate ideas, sound knowledge technology products
  • Financial acumen

Candidate Pre-requisites / Previous Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience leading service delivery operations across multiple key functions including, supply chain/logistics, field and repair centre depot operations, managing complex projects
  • Experience within Technology Services managing complex projects & driving end to end process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to create relationships at any level of the organization, influence others, at peer and executive levels, to drive change
  • Excellent data analytical skills, to establish correlations and establish insight.  Able to independently lead stakeholder interviews, workshops and associated collaborative analysis sessions at all levels

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or Qualification in IT or a relevant field.
  • Excellent project management skills; PMI certification and/or Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2 350 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
