Description and Requirements

Summary: 

In this position, you will manage the vendor management activities for Lenovo's services line of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve day-to-day service issues as highlighted by or relevant to Lenovo Service Providers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for vendor operations, ensuring communications are actioned in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide regular and accurate operational and performance reporting to Lenovo Service Providers.
  • Maintain governance and audit processes targeted to Lenovo Service Provider KPI achievement and management of cost.
  • Manage penalty programs for parts non-return.
  • Manage 5-6 member team.
  • Ensure the accuracy of Lenovo Service Provider bonus and pay for performance programs.
  • Ensure Lenovo Service Providers are compliant with certification and training programs.
  • Proactively identify and act upon opportunities related to customer experience and satisfaction in Service Delivery.
  • This role is required to support the ANZ time zone.
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Hardware or related discipline.
  • Relevant 5-7 years of experience in people management.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills in English.
