From day one the Services Sales Operations Analyst will have an immediate impact on the leadership team’s productivity. They will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to effectively drive the business via periodical business management systems (BMS) and cadences, their own department, but also with other department heads. This role requires a dynamic, highly organized, data-driven leader, who is comfortable and effective at organizing leadership for business cadences and executive reviews in Lenovo’s Services Organization

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress towards key strategic goals
- Develop data visualizations and presentations, based on leadership input, for key reviews
- Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended leadership teams
- Identify strategic problems (and/or risks) in advance so that they do not create barriers to progress
- Provide support and oversight for special project and initiatives
- Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization
- Validate the coherence inputs received through clear questioning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations & Reporting
- Strong technical skill set in Power BI (DAX), Qlik, Tableau, Executive Dashboards, MS Sharepoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to gather input and build executive presentations
- Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
- Evidence of BMS initial set-up, maintenance, and management
- Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- IT industry experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $96,000 - $125,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com
