Description and Requirements

1、支持内部客户工作派单，远程支持内部客户，配合复现问题，找到问题原因并总结提交问题报告；
2、研究业界最新软硬件技术，用于实际工作执行；
3、负责按照工单对研发机房设备进行组装、上下架、系统安装（windows/Linux操作系统）、FW刷新、配置更新等操作；
4、善于总结及时复盘，按要求撰写工作及技术文档。
