This Finance Controller role will support the WW Software business. This position reports into IDG Finance organization but works closely with Software BU team including product and development. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Lead on yearly budget, quarterly closing, and monthly forecast, interface with cross functional teams to ensure full alignment
• OPEX and CAPEX planning and management to ensure budget delivery
• Investment planning, project performance tracking, and ROI measurement
• Drive reporting structure rationalization to enhance measurement reasonability
• Perform financial analysis to provide advice to biz team on timely basis, and support executive review
• Responsible for business control and compliance, continuous drive enhancement in process and system

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in the software industry is required
• Finance BP Experience with full P/L Scope (8 year minimum), MNC in High-Tech industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
• Demonstrated financial acumen, systems (BPC, POWER BI, etc) knowledge, and overall business insight
• Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Flexibility to work some evening hours, capable to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
• Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or similar qualification
