Description and Requirements

  • Support Acquisition Team to create technical proposal, execution planning, resource planning and budget estimation before award.
  • Be responsible for creating, tracking and reviewing the SW project plan, and acquiring legitimate resource to secure the final delivery on time.
  • Coordinate as key window with cross-function teams (Architecture, SW, HW, PM, System and Testing…) to confirm and clarify SW requirements.
  • Perform Agile/Scrum in SW development period, organize regular meeting to review SW development progress, risks/issues, cost and quality.
  • Be responsible for anticipating any potential risks or issues and gathering team to figure out resolution or escalation if required.
  • Follow up each software sub-component releases and overall software integration and release, control the release timing to fulfill project requirement.
