 Key Responsibilities

  • Build an ongoing partnership with regional sales leaders to understand business needs and sales strategies by territory
  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs that are aligned to Business priorities and initiatives
  • Develop digital led / always on end-to-end marketing campaign to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams to strategically cultivate new markets
  • Work closely with both business and alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign
  • Report on performance of regional Marketing activity to senior stakeholders, to demonstrate the impact of Marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.
  • Lenovo events / webinars: Manage independently, flawless project execution of marketing webinars / events thru closely working & managing all 3rd party agencies (event, media, analyst houses, etc) and internal stakeholders. Drive the messaging and execution for the events and other marketing programs to drive leads and qualified opportunities.
  • Tele Lead Generation: Manage Tele lead generation programs for various products lines to generate pipeline for sales teams
  • Channel Co marketing: Independently plan and manage end to end execution of Channel Co marketing campaigns, such as B2B webinars / events with the channel partners, enablement & other activation programs

Specification & Requirement

  • Degree holder, preferably in marketing and very strong in executing integrated digital campaign 
  • Experience of B2B Data Center Technology / software / SaaS Marketing is a must
  • At least 11+ years working experience in Enterprise/B2B marketing with strong background in demand generation marketing
  • Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details
  • Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
