To support the in-house design (IHD) strategy, the Manager are required to manage a team with two technical domains; 

  • Hardware validation of the standard hi-speed signals CEM tests, like PCIe, USB, SAS/SATA, and IEEE IO interfaces. 
  • Work with the WW design team to develop the BMC and RoT (Root of Trust) sub-cards and support the products portfolio from NPI to sustaining phases with technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of working experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of working experience
  2. Rich server hardware development experience
  3. Required 3+ years of people management experience (span 10-20 people) in a development organization, global management experience is plus
  4. Fluent with server system architecture and hardware design, especially in the hi-speed signals development/validation and understanding of hardware design of BMC building block
  5. Used to a global working environment and the teamwork culture
  6. Willing to embrace challenges and risks, and commit to the mission was given
  7. Understand the people, listen to people, and foster the people
