In this role, you will be an entrepreneur growing out a business in a global organization with the full support of the company promoting your efforts. As a part of Lenovo SSG (Services Solution Group) the WW Sustainability Product Manager will guide the creation, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo Sustainability Services across geographies - offering Lenovo solutions. The role’s primary objective is to grow, enhance and expand Lenovo's sustainability services portfolio and related offerings. This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure the product requirements, business objectives, and P&L targets are met.
This role also requires both strategic thought and the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed decisions and targeted growth initiatives.
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a combination of IT Technology, Services, or Product Development. Ideally, this person will also have a background in professional services and an understanding of supply chain processes to effectively collaborate with service delivery teams.
This candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels.
100% remote - Will work east coast time zone - Will work global accounts with occasional meetings at off hours.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT technology, and/or client device services experience
- 3+ years of product development or similar experience
- 3+ years of service delivery experience
- Product development - Product Management - Services
- Global experience
- Executive-level communication & presentation skills
- Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
- Sustainability background with ESG experience and an understanding of Asset Recovery and Carbon Offset services experience is a plus, but not required for this role.
