Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our ISG North America Sales Operations team.  This position reports into the ISG North America Sales Operations Manager and supports a ISG North American Sales Leader.  The ideal candidate will have experience presenting recommendations to the executive level, improving processes, high-level analysis deriving conclusions from large underlying data sets, business intelligence, operations management, and forecasting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create, support, and maintain effective, timely, and accurate BMS for the ISG North America Sales leader that they support

- Support and maintain reports and dashboards

- Manage the semi-annual quota process

- Analyze actual performance versus plans to explain any underlying variances in detail

- Interface with teams on topics of order load, quota analysis and deployment, attainment, tracks, pipeline, supply chain priorities, etc

- Maintain territory management records in CRM on a consistent basis

- Own and manage multiple business improvement initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis

- Analyze big data to create recommendations for the sales teams, finance, and management

- Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to executive management based on those analyses

- Works with the management team to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports, and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives

Job Requirements:

- 5-7 years Sales Operations experience providing analytical reporting and business insight

- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups

- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives

- Superior communication skills (English) – oral, written and presentation skills with leadership and peers

- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box

- Strong relationship building skills – collaborates effectively with others

- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously

- Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required

- Experience working in Qlik would be valuable

- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or business related area required
