Job Description – Staff Engineer - Data Analytics

Must-have Skills
•       Good communication skill, proficient in English both in writing and speaking, work directly with different business partners to capture/analysis business requirements and meet the requirements
•       Solid background of technical BI skill, familiar with the data warehouse architecture and data flow
•       Good sense of business/data, the quick learning capability to better understand the value of the project as well as help the customers to implement the requirements
•       Strong sense of responsibility and good ability of troubleshooting and solving
Basic Requirements
•       Bachelor degree or above
•       3+ years working experience with multi domain business experience, e.g. FP&A, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
•       Excellent in analytics techniques and BI tools, especially the Power Bi, the other BI tools experience like Qlik, Tableau will be a plus.
•       Solid knowledge of DAX language, good sense of UI designing, familiar with RLS authorization.    
•       Solid knowledge of the database(traditional database like SQL Server/Oracle/My SQL, etc.).
•       Good English communication skills - written and verbal.
•       Experience with agile development models and data modeling will be a plus.
•       Familiar with ETL tools like SSIS, etc will be a plus.
•       Familiar with SAP ECC/BW, Microsoft Power Platform, big data platforms/tools/applications such as Hive/Spark will be a plus.
Work Content
•       Work as a BI developer or consultant to help Lenovo Finance team to accelerate the digital transformation, including the data invesigation, analytical/report modeling, dashboard design, ensure data & report usage adheres to company's best practice & policy
•       Collect, analysis the request from different Business tower and provide the proper solution for the business team
•       Dashboard / report’s UAT support (training, Q&A, issue investigation)
•       Trigger change management process
•       Enhancement based on standard reporting request
•       Continuous support on business/structure changes
•       Similar purpose dashboard request combination
•       Data consolidation, standardization and data governance, etc.

•       良好的沟通能力，熟练的英语书写和口语能力，可与不同团队与地区的业务伙伴合作，收集及分析业务需求并具备提供解决方案的能力
•       扎实的BI技术背景，熟悉数据仓库架构和数据流
•       良好的业务/数据敏感度，快速学习能力，以便更好地理解项目的价值，并帮助客户实现需求
•       责任心强，有较强的纠错以及问题处理能力
基本要求：
•       全日制大学本科学士学位及以上
•       3年以上工作经验，有多行业分析经验为佳，如FP&A, Supply Chain 或Finance
•       具备优秀的数据分析经验和BI工具开发经验,尤其是Power bi的经验，具备如Qlik, Tableau等开发经验者优先
•       熟练掌握模型架构和DAX语言，良好的界面设计能力，熟悉RLS分析授权
•       熟悉并能熟练使用常见数据库的一种：SQL SERVER/MY SQL/Oracle等
•       良好的英语沟通能力，包括口语与书面表达
•       熟悉敏捷项目开发，数据仓库建模经验者优先
•       熟练使用ETL工具，如SSIS等优先

工作内容：
•       作为BI开发人员或顾问助力联想财务团队的数字化转型
•       负责收集并分析来自不同业务团队的需求，并且提供合理的解决方案
•       参与并负责跟进global项目进度，定期反馈进度和问题，与团队其他成员共同推动项目的进行
•       仪表板/报告的UAT支持(培训，问答，问题溯源)
•       管控报表变更流程
•       根据标准流程与报表需求进行改进
•       持续支持业务/结构的变化
•       数据整合，标准化与数据治理等工作
