Description and Requirements

  • Coordinate with internal multi-function teams including chip BE, package, SIPI and hardware to complete package selection
  • Deliver competitive package design in terms of cost, performance and quality to meet product requirements.
  • Verify the design with DRC/LVS and cowork with Foundry/OSAT to ensure design is covered by their design rule.
  • Design rule development and continuous update for DFX CIP and secure the design competency and technology leadership
