Description and Requirements

工作职责(包括但不限于):
- 跟踪行业营销趋势和技术路线图，总结消费电子的PMU/充电/外设解决方案和市场需求。
- 参与SOC特性和规格的制定，负责专用IO和GPIO的规划和分配。
- 分析主流产品特性需求，主导电源网络分配（电源树）、上电顺序研究，PMU/Charging方案组件选择和定制。
- 基于消费类产品的主流植入，参与SoC/PMIC的floorplan优化，负责芯片bump pattern和pin-map优化。
- 分析产品特性需求，主导芯片组平台HW系统解决方案的研究和计划，进行芯片组基带/电源元器件选型。
- 参与样机HW原理图及PCB设计(EVB板、参考板)，芯片HW接口验证与调试，重点难点平台故障排除。
- 与PI/SI仿真团队合作，确定package/board级的PISI约束规格，发布对应PI & SI sign-off。
- 指导HW开发标准规范的编写，如HW设计文件，测试规范和测试报告。
- 确保项目进度和硬件交付质量，支持产品部门进行产品开发。

工作资格(包括但不限于):
- 具备基带/电源元器件、信号完整性和电源完整性、ESD、EMC等相关知识，熟悉标准规范(DDR/Serdes等HS接口)，熟悉PMIC芯片架构、电气规范、控制算法。
- 熟悉仿真/数字电路知识，以及PADS, Expedition, Cadence等原理图和PCB Layout工具。
- 熟练使用示波器、误码率测试仪、逻辑分析仪、协议分析仪、网络分析仪, 电源、电子负载仪、功耗测试仪等。
- 精通电源管理芯片规范，具备SMPS/LDO环路稳定性仿真设计能力是加分项。
- 有过手机、平板、笔记本等主流SoC和PMIC芯片平台定义、设计、验证、调试及量产经验。
