Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:


• Requires a high level of customer-service orientation with strong communications skills

• Responsible for providing daily operational status to some of our most critical customers

• WW backlog management

• Close collaboration with procurement and material team, to analyse and bridge customer forecast vs parts requirements

• Provides data analysis to forecast provided by the customers

• Responsible for communicating customer requirements to the different internal supply chain functions

• Strong relationship with development team to make sure components are certified and approved to use on production

• Work cross functionally with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, global logistics,

engineering, development, and sales

• Strong support to manufacturing sites

• Serviceability and compliance metrics


Position requirements: 

• 4+ years related experience required

• Relevant work experience in supply chain, fulfillment, operations or procurement

• Excellent communication - Verbal, Written, English fluent requirement

• Strong MS Office Skills (Excel/macros, pivots, etc…)High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills

·  High level of flexibility, self-reliance and dependability

·  Ability to prioritize effectively

·  Complex problem solver and critical thinking

·  Detail oriented

·   MUST be a team player

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

 

Preferred:

·       Previous fulfillment, or procurement experience

·       Previous experience with customer

·       Global experience

·       SAP experience
