Description and Requirements

- Experiences to own server MB design NPI project, from concept to production, at least two intel or (preferred) AMD generation
- Experiences on system architecture and design, schematics and layout design for MB and sub-cards, by working with functional teams with best can do spirit
- Work with other hardware engineers or outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions.
- Conducts feasibility studies, design margin, validation analyses and empirical testing on the designs.
- Ensure quality and schedule by following Lenovo IHD design guide book and process
- Check and confirm design guide book from vendors
