Description and Requirements

Responsibilities


This internship will support Lenovo's NA Talent Acquisition organization - supporting existing programs and helping launch new project initiatives.  You will have the opportunity to partner with members of the talent team to assist in producing key program deliverables in support of various functions within Talent Acquisition Programs. Here are some of the things you may do this summer:

  • Support the TA Team with hiring initiatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular updates to hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensures data accuracy within Applicant Tracking System
  • Learn and enact best practices for specific TA functions
  • Gather and analyze data to drive project outcomes
  • Understand new industry and TA marketplace trends
  • Communicate project status and results to key stakeholders
  • Produce project materials and deliverables
  • Coordinate program/project efforts across the broader TA organization

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
  • Demonstrated previous internship experience, campus activity, or project work related to talent acquisition or HR
  • Strong competency working across MS tools - primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly and apply learning to problems or activities
  • Superlative written and verbal communications skills as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
