横浜サーマルチームでの担当業務

-ThinkPad製品のハードとソフトの熱設計業務

-熱対策とFAN騒音だけでなくUXとパフォーマンスについても担当

-PoCを通して開発した新技術を量産製品に取り入れる

-開発の最初から最後までを担当

PoCでの新技術の開発à量産製品開発à量産àお客さまの声に対応à次機種へのフィードバック

■Roles and responsibilities

HW熱設計

-PoCを通して開発した革新的新技術を量産製品に取り入れる

-3次元CADを用いたモデリングと図面の作成(CATIA V5)

-試作品作成前のSW熱シミュレーション(FloTHERM)

-サンプル作成と量産パーツ生産におけるサプライヤとのコミュニケーション

SW熱設計

-パワーとFAN回転を制御するサーマルテーブルの作成

-同セグメントで業界最高のパフォーマンスとUXを達成する為のパラメーターチューニング

-ThinkPadユニークなSWの量産製品への実装

■Key Interaction with:

Thermal team of Lenovo group (USA, Japan, Taiwan, China)

ThinkPad development team (ID/ME/EE /BIOS/ECFW/Driver)

ThinkPad NPI (New product introduction) team

ThinkPad GCM (Global commodity management) team

ThinkPad SQE (Suppler quality engineering) team

ThinkPad PA (Product assurance) team

SoC vendor

Cooling device parts supplier

■Requirements (experience)

ITデバイスや家電製品におけるHWとSWの熱設計業務の経験（3年以上）

英語中級以上

海外ODMと冷却装置サプライヤとの協業

冷却装置の品質管理業務

熱設計における新技術の開発

パフォーマンス・バッテリーライフ・FAN騒音・表面温度のバランス取り

SoCベンダーとの協業

■Requirements (Skill, Competency)

FAN・熱拡散・放熱部品の技術

複数の部門を束ねて開発を進めるリーダーシップとオーナーシップ

開発中と量産時における問題解決に対するオーナーシップ

3D CAD (CATIA V5)

熱シミュレーション (FloTHERM)

PCアーキテクチャーに関わるBIOS/ECFWの知識

■Typical candidate
