Description and Requirements

岗位职责

  • 负责联想研究院各项目UI设计，可以根据创新项目的特点设计出与之匹配的页面。
  • 对接产品经理或需求方，依据产品的需求梳理交互逻辑，绘制原型图。
  • 负责项目整体设计方案的整合和汇报，清晰表达自己的设计观点。
  • 学习和分享最新的设计趋势以及设计方法，在专业上和团队一起成长。

任职要求

  • 具有独立完成项目和推动项目的能力，可以长期适应远程办公。
  • 对设计充满热情具有创新思维，对设计趋势有明锐洞察力。
  • 熟悉各操作系统的设计规范，在设计时可以准确把握规范和创新的关系。
  • 关注设计细节，在页面设计中具有像素级的推敲能力。
  • 熟练掌握Sketch，Figma，Axure，Photoshop，AI等设计软件。
