Description and Requirements

职责描述：

1，参与芯片验证流程的开发与优化；

2，开发和维护各种通用验证组件，提高验证环境标准化与复用性；

3，开发和建立各种流程，比如验证数据可视化，Checklist；

4，开发各种自动工具提升设计及验证的质量和效率。

任职要求：

1，集成电路、微电子、计算机、通信等相关专业；

2，8年及以上芯片验证经验，熟悉芯片验证的流程与相关的EDA工具；

3，精通IC验证流程以及验证方法学，如System Verilog、UVM和formal；

4，精通至少一种脚本语言：Python，Perl, Shell, Tcl等；

5，熟悉数据库与网页开发有加分；

6，具备多个项目流片/量产经验者优先；

7，具有良好的团队合作精神，能独立思考和解决问题，有责任心和上进心；

8，良好的沟通表达和问题分析能力。
