Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 参与自主视频编解码系统的开发与研究，包括但不限于参与视频编解码的关键技术研究和编码系统的架构设计与实现；参与面向下一代视频编解码算法的研究工作。
2. 研究和开发更加适合未来视频应用场景的实时多媒体系统。
3. 提出并实现最前沿的算法，负责视频相关算法的研发和性能提升，保持算法在学术界和工业界的领先性，参与人工智能和多媒体顶会的投稿工作。
4. 落地工作包括但不限于开创性行业技术解决方案的设计、迭代与探索研究。

岗位要求：

1. 具有视频编解码，计算机视觉，机器学习优化算法，数据结构/算法等相关经验
2. 熟悉视频编解码的算法及标准，例如H264/AVC, H265/HEVC等常见的视频编解码技术；
3. 熟练使用C/C++、Python等编程语言，熟练掌握PyTorch训练框架，熟练使用CV领域的常用库
4.  具有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能⼒，在⼯作中敢于突破与创新，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情
5. 攻读于计算机软件相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
