Description and Requirements

工作职责：

1.依据需求完成高质量的Web前端开发和维护。

2.优化CMS系统架构及性能，实现极致的可视化开发体验，助力客制化电商平台。

3.结合项目的实际需求，设计和研发提升开发效率的工具。

任职要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历,8年以上前端开发经验，以及3年前端架构设计经验；

2、精通JavaScript语言与ES、HTML5、CSS3等相关标准，熟练掌握 ES6/7/8 新特性，对前端编程规范有足够认识；

3、阅读过主流的前端框架源码（比如VUE、React等），深入理解它们设计原理以及优劣势；

4、精通前端工程化与模块化开发方式，精通MVC/MVVM，组件/模块化等开发思想；

5、有aPaaS平台设计开发经验者优先。

6、精通前端编译和构建工具（如：webpack、Vue CLI、Babel、ESlint）

7、对技术学习有强烈的热情，积极乐观，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
