The person is responsible for exploring, developing and building strategic government relationship and supporting government project application for Lenovo Research (LR) . The qualified candidate should have strong relationship with related government departments (MOST, academic influencers, Laboratory Directors or researchers in the top universities.

Results driven with a bias towards action, great customer communication skill and able to coordinate large initiatives across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of the technology trends and build communication channels for LR

• Drive strategic collaboration/partnership opportunities, responsible for joint government project application, joint Lab establishment or joint research project.

• Familiar with the regulations and policies of government project application, understanding the government guidance of the industry development trend such as Smart education, Smart manufactory sand Smart healthcare
• Manage the internal relationships to reach mutually beneficial objectives and the cross-functional commitments to achieve the final goal of join research with academic.
• Manage the existing academic relationship, organize technology conference or engagement activities with target universities and schools.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:   Master’s Degree

Minimum Experience: 7+ years’ experience in MNC at function such as Business Development, Ecosystem development, University Relationship, Government relationship, Industry alliance preferred.
