职位描述和要求:

Job Overview: Lead software technology, supplier/partner capability, target products analysis activities to support advanced research and product management of Lenovo vehicle computing business, including yet not limited to Autonomous Driving, ADAS, In-Vehicle Infotainment compute products

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with internal & external stake holders to analyze AD, ADAS, IVI related key software technologies, including yet not limited to bootloader, MCAL, device driver, hypervisor, diverse OSes middleware and application/function software
  • Understand software technology trend and support internal technology roadmap building and product definition work
  • Work with software technology partners to define and design technologies that are needed by Lenovo Vehicle Computing product strategy and roadmap
  • Engage with key customers to better understand market needs and better customer satisfaction
  • Support internal product management, program management and software development teams qualify software suppliers
  • Support software design teams on key problem solving

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years software engineering experience in complex software systems, including yet not limited Linux, QNX, AutoSAR, FreeRTOS based systems
  • Bachelor or above degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, automation, computer science or related majors
  • 3+ years Automotive Tier-1 or OEM working experience, and being familiar with latest technology trend of AD/ADAS/IVI products
  • Being an expert in 2 out 5 products from both technical & business perspectives: ADAS/AD domain controller, Infotainment, Gateway, Central Compute, Zonal Controller
  • Familiar with main-stream vehicle compute Operating Systems, e.g. Linux, QNX, AutoSAR, FreeRTOS …
  • Familiar with key technologies in vehicle compute system, e.g. PCIe, Ethernet, CAN, LIN…
  • Familiar with Automotive software development requirements, e.g. ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cyber Security technologies
  • Demonstrated success record of bringing complex systems from concept to mass production
  • Work in a self-motivating way and autonomously find correct direction to solve problems
  • High level of oral and written communication skills, both Chinese & English
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, supplier & other stake holders
