职位描述和要求:

Lenovo Shanghai System Software Design Center is a critical part of Lenovo world-wide research and development. As an important software center in Lenovo ISG, this organization is dedicated to full portfolio of key products including system management software, server firmware, converged and hyperconverged infrastructure, high performance computing, etc. SDC is leveraging its world-class technology edge and expanding the influence in China and WW Data Center business.
We are setting up a new software development team in Suzhou working on Lenovo xClarity project as the growth in our business. Lenovo xClarity is a comprehensive system management software for Lenovo enterprise products. An attractive position is now available for talented engineer with the opportunity working with the cutting-edge server technology and its system management software development. The role will work as a technical leader/Scrum Master and be responsible for leading a team to design, develop the latest features for the Lenovo xClarity, including next generation server infrastructure.
Qualification:
-Excellent programming skills in Java/NodeJS
-Understanding of Agile development process
-Smart, quick learner and strong analytical skills
-Excellent and professional communication skills; good command of English
-Skills in Linux development environment is preferred
-System/Device management software experience is a plus
-Experience of SW development in environment of Micro-Service, Docker, Kubernetes/K3S is a plus
-Experience in tech leader/scrum master role is a plus
-5+ years SW development working experience
-Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Master degree is preferred.
