Position Description:

• Lead the Finance Transformation Project team with Prioritize, Planning and forecast, analysis, engagement, governance ,change managing , value realization tracking with support Lenovo 3S intelligence transformation
• Lead the team to align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives.
• Structure approaches for issue escalation and resolution through governance hierarchy
• Define clear decision-making rights between projects, programs, and Steering Committees
• Work closely with the geography/region/BG/function Finance Leaders/stakeholders; and other business leaders to drive the transformation target
• Key owner to ensure governance and risk management in Finance transformation projects,
• Collaborate with CDTO to support the delivery and application of system solutions and process in Global Level across multiple projects
• Finance transformation projects management include improving revenues, data accuracy, centralize and standardization, process management, analyzing returns tracking KPI,
• Build vertical solution Finance transformation team and provide guidance to team with driven the final goal of transformation.
• Timely provide the data output per demand

Position Requirements:

• An intelligent, ambitious, commercially curious and dynamic strategic finance professional
• PMP, CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus
• Request over 12 years exp- Finance experience
• Possess outstanding academics achieved from a leading international university
• Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge, commercially astute with the ability to contribute to a global strategy
• Able to deliver good results in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Composed, highly motivated and loves challenges
• International work experience and education is highly valued
• An organized team player, with an ability to utilize their own initiative, willing to tackle a range of tasks from admin through to project ownership
• Results-driven, creative in approach
• Experience in BI tools such as Power BI is preferred
• Candidate with prior management consulting experience will have an added advantage
• Certification in lean six sigma and project management is plus
• Hands-on operational management and change management.
