职位描述和要求:

Description:

1) Lead manufacturing process qualification and reliability validation for PCBA NPI projects, and work closely with cross-function team and customers to make sure of successful project launch.

2) PCBA assembly process study and development for new assembly technology and IC packages.
3) DFM analysis in each NPI phase.
4) Work with cross function teams for continuous improvement of process, quality and efficiency, etc.

Requirement:

1) Experienced on end-to-end PCBA assembly process control: SMT, wave, press-fit, backend assembly and rework processes, etc.
2) About 2 years of experience on Server (or other high complexity and reliability products) PCBA manufacturing, failure analysis techniques and reliability methodologies is preferred
3) Familiar with PCBA tooling designs include but not limit to stencil, reflow & wave carrier, routing, press fit and assembly fixture, etc.
4) Have basic DFM knowledge
5) Good command of English in writing, speaking, reading and listening, good teamwork and communication.
6) Located in Hefei, Anhui
