职位描述和要求:

Job Description
1. Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards;
2. Interacts with key business stakeholders globally, including senior leadership, which involves negotiating or influencing on high-impact decisions;
3. Understand business needs and drive strategy initiatives to address CFO/COO and senior executive imperatives;
4. Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy;
5. Develop and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from business line stakeholders to executives;
6. Project Management
7. Manage and track global transformation projects
8. Align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives;            

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related subjects;
2. Above 5 years of experience in one or more: Consulting experience, Implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation and/or multiple regions/global project management;
3. CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus
4. IT background, SAP, SFDC, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan skill is plus
5. Advanced data analysis and documentation skills;
6. Able to deliver good results in a a fast-paced, demanding environment
7. Self-motivated and be able to motivate team; 
8. Language requirement - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
