职位描述和要求:

Responsibilities:
  • Act as supply management owner of google customize product, manage 13wks `26wks supply per demand loading cadence, co-work with suppliers to get enough supply to support production in time and improve serviceability & satisfaction.
  • Release purchasing orders to suppliers per components Lead Time and track shipment activities with suppliers & logistics , push in /push out shipment schedule per demand up & down, co-work with engineer for quality issue &  arrange return activities , co-work with Finance/accounting about payment reconciliation.
  • Order execution owner and co-work with Manufacturing to build out product in time to meet customer's requested shipment date, handle potential EC with customer fulfillment if needed.
  • Involve in New Product introduction process with Planning colleagues and drive enough supply to meet SVT/SOVP/SS/MP schedule without any delay.
  • Co-work with Planning colleagues to do Products/Components transition process and make sure smoothly transition with clear guidance, good demand & supply balance to avoid  potential excess/shortage risk.
  • Weekly tracking MWD/E&O with suppliers, highlighted excess parts in advance to planning colleagues, drive GEO's demand/order in time to mitigate the risk of inv loss and contribute to E&O reduction.
  • Seamless communication with suppliers of LLT Components ( ICs etc..) preparation to meet business growing requirement, reduce potential supply risk of LLT components, regularly review LLT components forecast (call down/call up) per business aspiration target change to reduce potential excess/shortage risk.

Requirements:
  • More than 8 years of experience in demand planning and supply planning. Experience in electronic industry demand planning or Audio/Camera demand planning is preferred, and relevant experience in large companies is preferred.
  • Have a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience of end-to-end supply chain.
  • Bachelors degree or above.
  • Have excellent logical thinking ability, expression and communication ability, and learning ability.
  • Fluent in English.
