We’re seeking an entrepreneurial product leader to join our team to drive innovative software experiences with internal cross-functional teams and strategic partners.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

1、Lead software features planning and team up with hardware product managers to define prototype or product offerings

2、Own and drive software experience execution with development teams and make sure the deliverables are on time and on quality

3、Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities with external partners including ecosystem players, high-potential startups, outside innovators in emerging technology areas such as XR, AI, virtual human, face tracking, body tracking, etc.

4、Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and internal and external key stakeholders and manage overall project communication

The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in software planning, deep understanding and connection with companies in emerging tech such as virtual human, face/body tracking, AR/VR, 3D engine, etc. Key qualifications include:

1、7+ years of experience of software product planning, software project management, or 3rd party partnerships development

2、Familiarity with Unreal and other 3D engines

3、Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AR, VR, AI, virtual human, and face/body tracking

4、Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin

5、Ability to develop growth strategy and partnership models to ensure win-win outcomes for Lenovo and our strategic partners

6、Experience structuring and executing MOU and negotiation with software 3rd parties

7、Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

8、Able to travel domestically and internationally
