Must-have Skills
•       Good communication skill, proficient in English both in writing and speaking, work directly with different business partners to capture/analysis business requirements and meet the requirements
•       Solid background of technical RPA skill, especially for UiPath
•       Good sense of identifying opportunities for improvement and automation, the quick learning capability to better understand the value of the project as well as help the customers to implement the requirements
•       Strong sense of responsibility and good ability of troubleshooting and solving

•    Better to know other RPA products, like Automation Anywhere or Power Automate, etc.
Basic Requirements
•       Bachelor degree or above
•       5+ years working experience
•       Solid knowledge of RPA process like development, test, deployment.
•       Good experience with agile development models.
•       Good knowledge of the database(traditional database like SQL Server/Oracle/My SQL, etc.).
•       Good English communication skills - written and verbal.
•       Familiar with one program language like Java, Python, VB, C# etc. will be a plus.

•   UiPath developer certification will be a plus
Work Content
•       Work as a RPA developer to help Lenovo Finance team to accelerate the digital transformation, including the data delivery, opportunity discovery, RPA deployment
•       Automation delivery UAT support (training, Q&A, issue investigation)
•       Create initial process analysis between process automation and process reengineering

•       Be responsible for creating up to date process definition document(PDD)
•     Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements and/or user stories and work with business stakeholders to review and secure sign-off/agreement on requirements
•       Automation process consolidation, standardization and governance, etc.
