 Responsibilities and Duties:
    * Collaborate with sourcing, engineering & other stake holders to build and continuously optimize supplier/component selection/reuse strategy and component life cycle management process
    * Build & manage the automotive component database
    * Deeply involve in components selection & risk analysis through development cycle for better quality, performance and cost
    * Minimize supply chain risks with better supply diversity, strategy supplier engagement, multiple source management and other required means
    * Work closely with engineering & purchasing teams to qualify alternative components for existing product
    * Support Quote team to optimize BOM cost to enhance the price competitiveness

     Qualifications:
    * Bachelor or above degree in EE, automation or equivalent majors, with 5+ years working experiences in hardware design, component engineering, component qualification or related positions.
    * 3+ years Automotive Electronics experience is a MUST
    * Good understanding of key characteristics of Automotive SOC, MCU, peripheral IC, power IC, passive components, high reliability connector and so on
    * Good relationship with key Automotive suppliers
    * Good understanding of automotive product development, component database management
    * Good practice of PPAP process, common automotive quality procedures and AEC/JEDEC/USCAR/RoHS/REACH/POPs qualification standards
    * Workable English writing and speaking
    * Fast learning capability
