Description and Requirements
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
· Oversee all sales tactics and apply a result-driven approach to achieve monthly and quarterly and annual top-line and bottom-line targets for an extremely fast-growing organization
· Set and run multiple routes-to-market and bring in best in class sales practices to engage with end customers and business partners
· Maintain an effective working relationship with key stakeholders from within the team, segments as well as business partners and key accounts.
· Execute key Annual-Plan Big-Rock Projects which may involve working with cross-functional teams.
· Work with internal teams to position and identify opportunities in the areas of managed services, software, deploy and asset recovery offerings
· Launch a dedicated outreach program with the entire customer base
Build specialized skillset in managed services, software, deploy and asset recovery offerings
· Co-ordinate with the ISR engine in the segments to agree on the right target list, share the right pitch & positioning for T2/T3 offerings
Key Competencies Needed:
· Stellar track record in a sales & marketing function
· Leading & managing a successful lead gen engine / team
· Understanding of Services & Solutions business in a Technology OEM environment in a pan-Indian context. Understanding of B2B sales cycle for identification of opportunities to maximize demand creation. Comprehension of target segments
· Strong background in customer acquisition
· Fearless and outspoken - articulate communication skills and capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
Education / Experience:
· Bachelor Degree
· 3-7 years of relevant experience
