◇Position Description◇

■These are detailed responsibilities:

• Responsible of monthly closing, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and deviation analysis

• Strong collaboration with Services Operations to analyze opportunities and drive business improvements and enhancement of internal processes and procedures

• Main contact for cross-functional procedures with Japan Finance, AP Services Finance, Accounting, Tax, Global Expense Management

• Provide guidance for projects from financial perspective and preparation of business cases

• Manage and develop a team of 3 members

• Identify and realize synergies in the current Business Group-driven setup of the Finance teams

• Drive transformation and digitalization within the function 

• Work closely with the new Tower 1 Cost Management team


■Position requirements:

• MBA and/or Finance and Accounting degree (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA)

• 7-12 years of experience on a similar role in an international environment 

• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills

• Experience using database querying tools, MS Dynamics 365, Services now, BPC, SAP

• Strong Motivation to work in a quickly changing environment of a growing business

• Strong communication skills

• Analytical, meticulous, and sensitive to numbers

• Attention to detail
