Role and Team Description 

Brazil MBG R&D is a group dedicated to design and create state-of-the-art software products to empower Motorola  products. This is an exciting opportunity to join Motorola Mobility's Development Team as an Software Development Engineer with a focus on mobile and enterprise solutions!

The team objective is to develop best-­in-­class software solutions to satisfy our customers. In order to do so, the team collaborates with all other software groups on key software tasks such as Android Applications, Cloud Development, Experiences development, Quality assurance initiatives, enhancement of development techniques and tools.

Scope of Responsibilities

 - Code and test software for mobile devices

 - Code and test software for web applications

 - Cooperate with team members 

 - Maintain software artifacts overtime 

Basic Qualifications 

  - BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree 

  - Teamwork and good communication skills across multiple teams.

  - Be able to work independently and respond to multiple and conflicting requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  - 1+ Years experience with Software Development 

  - Knowledge of Java and Kotlin Programming language

  - Experience in Android architecture

  - Knowledge on Object Oriented Design

  - Knowledge of Full-Stack development including Cloud 

  - Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
