Description and Requirements

Job Description (English)

岗位职责：

1、根据不同校园招聘项目的需求制定招聘策略，优化校园招聘流程和系统，设计宣传和测评方案，组织线上直播、线下宣讲会，组织集中一轮面试，跟踪offer进展等；

2、拓展和维护目标院校关系，组织企业开放日活动或进校参与招聘会，管理联想校园大使的招新和活动运营；

3、负责雇主品牌规划与建设，拓展内外部渠道，持续推动雇主品牌在目标人群中的传播和影响。

4、负责管理“联想招聘”官方微信号及视频号、“想招君”官方微博、领英等社交平台的营运。

5、与全球校园招聘及雇主品牌团队协同合作，负责全球项目在中国的落地和执行。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，3年及以上校园招聘及雇主品牌相关工作经验；

2、具有良好的自驱力，沟通能力，团队合作意识和抗压能力；

3、对新鲜事物充满好奇，思维活跃；有热情，有想法；有较强的学习能力；

4、熟练操作MS office软件、PS；有视频剪辑经验者优先；

5、英语口语流利；
