Must have:-

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service industry.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Customer focused and result driven attitude.
• Customer facing experience
• Basic Project Management

Should have:-

• Should be fluent in English communication skills both spoken & written.
• Strong problem-solving and client facing skills
• Some Excel knowledge
• Basic reporting
• Experience working in a cross functional environment

Good to have:-

• Presentation skills is preferred.
• Any Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities

• Design Asset tag and Drop in Box customized solutions on ThinkPad Laptops, Think Centre Desktops and ThinkStations hardware technology platforms.
• Must understand the process of how operating systems are laid out and loaded and know how to configure operating systems.
• Work directly with clients to initiate the project engagement to obtain Asset tag and Drop in Box requirements; create test plans based on the project requirements and provide test plans to client for approval before beginning the project.
• Documenting all interactions with Customer/Sales in Lenovo tools.

Shift Timings

Should be open for Rotational Shift.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma with minimum 13 years Education

Total Experience

Min 5 years of IT services experience.
