Description and Requirements

Job Description (English)
  • Work in Highly challenging cloud environments.
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer environments which span across multiple cloud services.
  • Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and escalations.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions and provide RCA and permanent fix.
  • Work on 24X7 environments with Rotation On call support.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in DC infra managed services and client facing projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing client-facing projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with Engineering/Architect teams
  • Experience in AZURE/AWS/GCP or other cloud computing platform.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with CSP's IAAS and/or PAAS services
  • Experience working with DevOps tools (Jenkins/Git/Bitbucket/SonarCube/Jfrog/Artifactory/Ansible etc;)
  • Knowledge and Experience working with Containers and orchestration technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/Cloud Foundry etc;)
  • Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related)
  • In-depth understanding of virtualization and cloud computing (Hypervisors, VMware, Xen)
  • Advanced experience in networking administration and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in networking principles (routing, switching, load balancing etc.)
  • Experience with System Administration and troubleshooting with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and
  • associated technologies (Active Directory).
  • Experience with web-based services and applications, Apache, Tomcat etc.
  • Experience of large-scale storage architectures and backup/DR strategies.
  • Strong Experience on Cloud IAAS and PAAS services.
  • Experience with IAC and Configuration management tools like Terraform, CFT, ARM templates, CDM templates, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt etc.
  • Experience scripting (i.e. bash, Python, PowerShell etc.)
  • Exposure to various AWS/AZURE/GCP services would be an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Multi cloud Certifications
