The Data Analyst position will support  different business units in Lenovo to perform advanced analytics. The fast-paced role will be a good fit for someone comfortable handling big data using SQL, R, Python, who can derive business insights from complex data sets, and who can communicate complex data models to key stakeholders and create Power BI dashboards to display the insights.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Doing exploratory data analysis on data to understand, clean, and prepare data for modeling
• Doing Complex compares between multiple Data sources, determining insights and recommendations from findings.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information/data for analysis
• Presenting solutions of complex models to key stakeholders and leadership team for adoption and insights
• Building dashboards using visualization tools to deliver insights/results to the leadership team
• Manage the delivery of timely, accurate reporting and dashboards at request

 Basic Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role with knowledge of services.
• Experienced user of SQL, Python, and visualization tool
• Extensive knowledge of field service and corresponding KPI(s)
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written
• Team player with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
• Experienced user of SQL - must be comfortable doing complex SQL queries (multiple table joins, CTEs, etc.)
• Experienced user of Python with a focus on machine learning (including data preparation, data cleaning, model selection, model evaluation, and scaling)
• Strong background in time series forecasting and multivariate regression in Python
• Experienced user of Power BI
• Building forecast models and other multivariate models using classical and machine learning techniques to add value to the business
