Description and Requirements

Job Description (English)
  • Desarrollo de planes de mantenimiento anual.
  • Manejo de paquete office
  • Control e inventario de refacciones.
  • Generación de Budget anual.
  • Administración de activos fijos.
  • Interpretación de planos, eléctricos, mecánicos, estructurales, hidráulicos, electrónicos, HVAC.
  • Administración de proyectos electromecánicos
  • Experiencia en planes de ahorro de energía, agua, gas.
  • Manejo de personal (técnicos, proveedores outsourcing)
  • Administración de proveedores (limpieza, jardinería, instalaciones eléctricas, obra civil, mantenimiento e instalaciones HVAC, pailería, acabados, diseños).
  • Experiencia en auditorias ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000,
  • Elaboración de procedimientos de mantenimiento, modos de operar.
  • Experiencia en cambios de lay-out basados en la metodología lean six sigma.
  • Análisis causa Raiz
